01OVERVIEW

The idea behind the work.

Final-year academic project combining environmental sensors with automated irrigation control. The system monitors soil moisture and triggers pump activation based on threshold conditions.

02CHALLENGE / APPROACH

A clearer way through the complexity.

THE CHALLENGE

Manual irrigation decisions can miss changing soil conditions.

THE APPROACH

Sensor readings inform threshold-based pump control, with remote monitoring through Blynk.

03PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

What makes this project work.

01

Integrated environmental sensors for soil moisture and temperature

02

Developed ESP32 firmware for automated irrigation control

03

Built remote monitoring dashboard using Blynk IoT platform

04

Implemented automated irrigation trigger logic based on sensor data

04ENGINEERING

How the system fits together.

ARCHITECTURE / APPROACH

ESP32 microcontroller reads sensor data and communicates with Blynk cloud. Remote dashboard displays real-time sensor readings and allows manual pump control.
